Dead Ronin Ink operates on a made-to-order basis. Read this section carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Returns Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Size Issues & Exchanges
• We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind
• Wrong size? You may request an exchange, subject to availability
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide free return shipping for size exchanges
• The fastest way to secure the correct size is to place a new order once your return is approved


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Check your order as soon as it lands.

If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Or incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@deadroninink.com, with clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll cover everything — free return shipping and either a replacement or refund, depending on the case.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved:
• You’ll be notified once the return is received and inspected
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process
